Teacher Aides are vital to our children and young people's educational experience. So, wny is it that the Adult Educational Experience for our Teacher Aides' has often been so hard? Why make them jump through so many hoops to complete their own qualifications when their on the job experience reveals that they are more than competent in all aspects covered by the qualification? There are 2 Simple Solutions to obtain a nationally recognised qualification as a Teacher Aide.

(1) Traineeship Existing & experiencedTeacher Aides in non Government schools, may be eligible to complete  aCertificate III or IV in Education Support  traineeship utilisingGovernment funding initiatives. The expected timeframe for completion is6-12 months with a focus on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

TAP INTO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES

For Teacher Aides in the private education sector, there exists the opportunity to use Federal Government Financial Incentives. The team at Train to Succeed has developed(2)Recognition of Prior Learning If you are an experienced Teacher Aide, or a long term volunteer in schools,  we can conduct a FREE preliminary assessment to confirm the depth of your skills and knowledge This may allow you to complete your qualification based on your experience alone. It's a simple, pain free process that gives you the outcome you need for a smaller investment and in a shorter time frame. This means that you can get on with your real work, and stop jumping through unnecessary hoops. It is a simple solution to obtain the Certificate III or IV in Education Support. Gap training can be provided as necessary.

For new Teacher Aides, looking to build your experience, we've developed a package for you to undertake a traineeship in the Certificate III in Business Administration (Education). Using the funds remaining from the traineeship, you can then complete the Certificate III in Education Support (CHC30808).
